Small & efficient accommodations. Bedrooms will accommodate up to 4 but there is not enough comfortable seating for that many people.It would be helpful to have instructions for washer & television in other languages for guests. It would also have been good to know the stairs could be a challenge to navigate as they are very narrow, very steep and dark. The light doesn't stay on quite long enough to manage the lock.The stairs were a bit of a challenge for my elderly mother. We also struggled with the shower that was very slow to drain. I cleared the drain myself and that seemed to help a bit, however it did not fully resolve the problem. There was also a dirty cloth napkin on one of the balconies.Nice location as it's very close to the bustling Rossio square, a small market nearby made shopping for necessities easy and other notable sites within easy walking distance. The small restaurant downstairs was lovely & the waiters very kind. I would recommend this apartment to others but with a note of caution regarding the stairs.

This mpprtamnet is in great location. It is very clean but need more TLC. The stairs are very hard to climb and have higher steps.

We loved the location - it could not have been more central - and the space was perfect for us. Clean, attractive, and very well appointed with everything we needed. The restaurant the apartment is above was also delicious which made for the best home base for Lisboa.

The location is good and adequate sized for 3 persons. What is not so good is that there is no airco and poor circulation of outside air. sleeping with windows open is only an option if you are immune to outside noises. in my opinion this property should not be on the market in the summer
