I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this apartment and host. Communication was outstanding from the very beginning. Jorge contacted me 2 weeks before my trip, which immediately gave me confidence and peace of mind. The day of my flight, he sent all the access codes and clear instructions, making check-in incredibly easy, specially when I arrived at around 2 a.m. after a long journey. The apartment was clean, cosy, welcoming, and exactly what I needed. One feature I particularly appreciated was the double-glazed windows, which allowed me to sleep soundly after arriving very late and being tired from travelling. Jorge went above and beyond as a host. The day after my arrival, he checked in to make sure we had arrived safely. There was also a very helpful welcome pack with information about the apartment and local area. On one occasion, before I had looked through the pack, I messaged him with a question and he replied almost immediately, providing the information I needed and kindly pointing me to the welcome guide for further details. During our stay, there was an accidental incident involving a door handle. Jorge handled the situation with professionalism, understanding and kindness. He kept me informed throughout and communicated openly until the matter was resolved, which I greatly appreciated. I have already shared the apartment link with friends and family and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. Next time I return to Lisbon, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Jorge, for being such a thoughtful and attentive host.

Mieszkanie wynajęłam na 1 ostatnią noc. W mieszkaniu jest wszystko czego potrzebujesz. Wygodna kuchnia, pralka. Pokoje dobrze wyposażone, bezpłatny parking pod blokiem. Mieszkanie jest czyste. Bieżący kontakt z gospodarzem. Samodzielne meldowanie i wymeldowanie.

Trudno było znaleźć mieszkanie ze względu na dziwne, nieznane mi wcześniej oznaczenia mieszkań. Mieszkanie znajduje się na ostatnim piętrze, można tam dojechać windą.

La limpieza del lugar era muy buena. Solo estuvimos un dia, pero todo muy correcto. Incluso destacar que el acceso a la casa es bastante sencillo y cómodo. No cuenta con parking privado, pero por lo menos en nuestra estancia pudimos encontrar parking bastante fácil. Por ultimo quiero destacar la amabilidad con el propietario, pues fue muy fácil y siempre amable en todo.

Por nuestra parte, la zona como tal no nos gustó mucho, pero eso ya es preferencia de cada uno. Además nos quedaba un poco lejos del lugar al que teníamos que ir ese fin de semana. Sin embargo el acceso a la carretera era muy fácil y aunque quedaba un poquillo lejos, nos pudimos movilizar con normalidad.
