Second time to stay at this beach house and it did not disappoint. It is a very comfortable home that fits our needs and steps away from the Atlantic Ocean.

This was our third stay in the Ponte Vedra area on the beach. This property was by far the nicest of the 3. The backyard is so peaceful with palms blocking the views of neighboring houses and sunshades making the heat bearable. Having a fence was so nice with little kids too. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. Worked great with 3 couples and two kids.

The house is completely renovated and has comfortable furnishings and ample hangout spots. We loved the large family room, sun room, patio, sprawling yard and of course, the beach! We can’t wait to rent it again!
