Parking is very difficult in that residential area. Parking garage is available about 5 minutes walk from the hotel downhill. You can get some cheaper price if you bring the hotel's stamp.
It's about 30 minutes drive from Granada's downtown.
Balconies are beautiful for morning/evening coffee/tea.
I don't know about beaches, but I think there is about 30 minutes walk at least, judging by distance to sea from our balcony.

A long was up hill from Torremolinos Town shops, bars. and the beach. No Air Con just a single ceiling fan. A fridge but no Kettle to make a hot drink. A maid came in once in seven days to change the towels. No cleaners came in at all. It is only staffed from 10AM till 8PM
