La posizione era molto buona, a 100 metri effettivi dalla spiaggia e vicino al centro storico. Molto vicino anche un supermercato. Essendo un appartamento la colazione non era prevista.
La sera del nostro arrivo il condizionatore si è bloccato e abbiamo dovuto attendere l'indomani mattina per chiamare agenzia. Il riparatore è venuto in fretta, c'era un'aletta rotta. Niente phonn per i capelli

A due passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro di Caorle, posizione ottima! Appartamento pulito e dotato di ogni necessità, noi eravamo al piano terra quindi perfetto per il passeggino. Consigliato!

Pont olyan volt, amilyenre számítottunk, ráadásul még mikró is volt. Minden közel van, ingyenes a parkolóhely.
Csak 4 szék volt a teraszon, pedig 5 főre foglaltunk szállást. Picit kényelmetlen volt parkolni, szűk a hely. A kihúzható kanapét ki kellett párnázni, hogy kényelmes legyen.

Lokalita byla výtečná, za pár minut pěšky na pláži (to není nadsázka, doopravdy je to blízko). V okolí neskutečné množství restaurací, bister I kaváren. Vše dostupné pěšky v okolí, i malý Coop. Vůbec jsme nepotřebovali auto a nakupovali jsme jen v okolí. Přímo naproti navíc byl hotel Esperia s výtečnou restaurací. Pizza i pasta prostě boží. Apartmán byl čistý, zařízení funkční a dostatek prostoru pro 3 lidi. Klimatizace byla dostatečně výkonná a hodila se na vychlazení před spaním (měla i noční mód či automatické vypnutí). Co jsme nečekali byly dva balkóny, jeden menší u ložnice a jeden velký u obytného pokoje.
Budova není nejlépe odhlučněná, když se nad námi rozhodli posouvat židle a postele v 22:00, tak to samozřejmě bylo slyšet. Ze spánku to ale nebudilo. Pokud chcete jistotu, špunty do uší.
