Our room was spacious, stylish and clean. Staff (Ana!) was fantastic and attentive and breakfasts were superb.

Breakfast was good and most of the staff was friendly and helpful. Room was large and comfortable enough for two.
It is a renovated well maintained older building, but there is a strong distinctive odor especially in the bare stone stairwell area. The odor is best described as strong mustiness mixed with a hint of menthol.

The building was unique, bathroom was really nice, bed was comfortable. Easy access and departure, nice breakfast. Location was perfect. Nice view but could easily block noise by closing windows.

Characterful, charming and stylish hotel in a great location. We had top floor room with an amazing view. Room was v clean and comfortable and bathroom was v spacious.
Double glazing and shutters helped keep room reasonably quiet.
Breakfast was good and plentiful and included homemade cake which was lovely.
Staff were v helpful and friendly.
Location of hotel v central.
Not the hotels fault but men digging the street right opposite caused constant noise. The street is cobbled and vehicle noise at night is not to be underestimated. We were on a high floor so not too bad for us but our friends on the first floor experienced it more than us.
