Apartment generally bit outdated and forgotten, but in fact all required elements were available: kitchen (little, with very basic equipment), bathroom (quite OK), living room with bed. Bed comfortable, but almost nothing more. You have to remember the WiFi password (from mail) as it is not available in the apartment.
Communication with host! The information about parking (paid separated) were incorrect. I notified host directly after arrival over mail and WhatsApp (message na call). Answer arrived after 2 days! It was good that problem referred to parking only and not the apartment or keys... After the stay I requested the parking fee refund with compensation five times (!) and finally got it. Generally it seems like the host does not care enough for the property - it just go as it is.
