It's a great value for the money + free coffee and tea 😄
The only negative, and this complaint has been pretty much wherever I stay in Europe, and many places in the States.. The pillows offer no neck/head support. Fluffy and deflate to nothing when laid on. This factor literally makes or breaks a night of sleep. Fluffy, feather style pillows are NOT comfortable to sleep on! Memory foam pillows all the way. I ended up sleeping on some folded clothes for head/neck support.
Aside from uncomfortable pillows, I'd come and stay again for sure.
