With friendly-fun colors welcomes the lovingly restored and Custom Dachgeschoßwohnung. With its 48m² offers bright two-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The large living room is equipped with a pull out sofa bed, the flat-screen TV and an additional sofa that invites you to cozy rest and linger. The real wood parquet flooring gives the room coziness.
Spend the night in a comfortable French double bed (160x200) in the originally decorated bedroom. Your bed is already occupied.
For a good start to the day can be found in the kitchen in front of a fully equipped kitchenette and a nice dining area by the window. All common utensils for daily use are available, electric cooker (ceramic hob + oven), microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dish towels and the usual crockery.
In brightly colored bathroom, which is decorated in a Mexican style, you can choose between shower and bath, hair dryer and towels are ready for you.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
It offers Kumpfmühl, one of the oldest parts of the city of Regensburg, between the old town and University. You can reach the historic old town on foot in 10-15 minutes.
The Market Square in this pleasant part of town you go just five minutes. There you will find everything for your daily needs and also a good Italian if you do not want to cook for yourself;)
Several bus stops are located within a radius of 300m.

Great place to stay. Walking distance to Old Town sights and a block to Aldi's. The kitchen had everything we needed. Furniture and bed were comfortable. If we are ever back in Regensburg, this is where we'd stay

Our family enjoyed staying at this property and would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Regensburg. We used it as a launching spot to visit several tourist attractions nearby. We liked the proximity to downtown, the variety of restaurants around the area and easy access to the Autobahn. Above all, Petra's excellent customer service as a host. Thank you!
