About this house rental
This lovely home, a short block and a half walk to the spectacular mile+ Lake Michigan beach, natural dunes and hiking trails at the North Point Nature Preserve, features a wonderful, open floor plan on two spacious levels (2,900+ sq. ft. total). All rooms on both levels have large windows providing plenty of natural light and views of the dense surrounding trees.
The main level has a large, vaulted-ceiling living room with handsome natural stone fireplace, abundant soft seating and 65" flat screen TV; dining room with indoor "picnic" table providing seating for 8-10; gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including Thermador gas stove, nook seating area for four and food prep bar seating; hardwood floors throughout the living room, dining room and kitchen; private, raised walk-out deck with table for four, chaise lounge (look for shooting stars at night) and gas grill; and the master bedroom (flat screen TV) with adjoining full bath.
The lower level, open to the main level through a wide, central staircase, has the game/family room with pool table, air hockey, two-person arcade basketball, large flat screen TV and an attractive, roomy seating area; two bedrooms; spacious full bathroom; treadmill; and washer and dryer.
The house sits on a larger lot with tall pine trees and a camp fire pit overlooked by the deck off the main level. Your rental includes several adult-size, single speed beach cruiser bikes - perfect for riding to the beach or into town, or exploring the popular paved bike trail that runs from Charlevoix to Petoskey and beyond (one block from the house).

Once again our family had a lovely stay in Charlevoix. Location is wonderful for beach, biking, disc golf and visiting town. House is fabulous and is perfect for our larger family. Thank you!!

Our fourth summer in this beautiful home. It’s even better than the photos! Plenty of space for our family of five and so well equipped with everything you could possibly need (bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, great kitchen) and walkable to a beautiful, uncrowded beach. We love staying here!

House is a delight and was perfect for our family. The location can’t be beat with the beach just a short way away. We explored the area on the provided beach cruiser bikes.House is wellappointed with a beautiful kitchen.and many areas to lounge about. Host communications were very smooth. We already made reservations for a longer stay next year. Looking forward to coming back!
