Sameera is super nice so is his family!
The place is more hidden not on the main road, so it's a bit quieter.
The breakfast is always lovely!
You will just need a scooter or a tuktuk to go around but i don't think it's a big problem!

Very friendly staff
A lot more quiet than mainstreet - proper windows and doors which are closed - still pretty near to the beach and city.
They did my Laundry super cheap! Thanks!
They made special glutenfree and vegetarian Breakfast for me everyday.
They have Fans on the ceiling of the balcony. He kindly put it on to enjoy my breakfast there with a nice breeze.
I stayed there 7 nights so he gave me a big discount.
He is very interested and likes to chat. Helped me also figuring out the lights on my scooter.
There was no warm water in my room unfortunately - the heater was broken but the technician fixed it on the day i left!
When i showered there was a lot of water in the bathroom as there was not enough drop so that the water could go by itself into the sink - but still there is a lid with a big stick and you can brush the water into the sink.

- You have no phone signal in the area and WiFi was not working in my room, which is really bad for planning your trip. You could use it on the terrace though.
- A lot of ants everywhere in the room, which was pretty annoying but not much you can do about it.
- Toilet was constantly leaking which is a big no-go, fortunately it was not as bad because it was build on higher ground so your feet stayed dry.
