We loved the vibe of the property. Spacious, accessible to town and most importantly very neat!
Downside is the noise outside from the road and construction.

The space is great and very comfortable. Everything is pretty much provided, even in the kitchen. Great coffee beans included too! We enjoyed having coffee in the morning and evening.
We experienced a blackout on our last night. This seems to be a frequent thing in the area, but the condo’s generator does not automatically come on. We had to go down and speak to the guard, who was hesitant to turn it on. A better system with the building staff for power outages is recommended, especially in case of emergencies.

BalaiB3 is a very homey place to stay in Baguio. Place is so spacious and has almost complete set of the things you need for a leisure vacation. They even offer free coffee beans that can be brewed through their provided coffee maker!! All facilities stated here are present. Big couch, comfy bed, large TV, fast wifi, etc. Also, photos are all legit. Owner, Mrs. Brown, is very accomodating and always make sure we are not encountering any problems. This is definitely a place to stay when vising this wonderful city.
Electricity was out when we arrived. They say condo was suppose to have a generator, though.
