How close to town We never ran out of water and there were 6 of us staying Ms kat was very helpful

Street was a bit noisy

no breakfast HAHA the location is good even though its peak season in baguio

i would say the tv could have been fixed as fast as possible

Good sized room, spacious layout, complete amenities for a comfortable stay. We love that it had two balconies to let sunlight and fresh air in; a large kitchen with a dining table good for 4-6 pax; good lighting; comfy bed; adequate linens. The water heater was easy to operate and maintained a consistent temperature. The guards were courteous and professional. Ms Kat was very pleasant to talk to and responsive to our inquiries. Free parking and it was quite easy to find a parking space. Overall, we were very comfortable inside the unit and we enjoyed our stay there.

The cooking/kitchen smells from the neighboring unit(s) often made our bathroom smell of smoked fish. Even if we leave the windows open and the ceiling vent on. Perhaps measures can be taken in the future to prevent the kitchen smells from other unit(s) from getting into the bathroom. It wasn’t a deal breaker for us (we will still book accommodation here :)) but it made keeping the bathroom smelling fresh quite a challenge some of the time. Malinis pa mandin kami gumamit ng bathroom. :)

the elevator was inoperable for the entire three days! when the site manager told us it would be fixed the first morning no clean towels each day. only one set!
