Everything! Location is perfect (near Botanical Garden). Staff were very accommodating. Excellent service! Room is clean. Internet/Wifi is good. Food is amazing. Good spread buffet breakfast. Other days were plated but equally good or better.
Got the Premium Twin room so no view but I knew it upon booking. But the view in the resto and garden is amazing. Baguio feels indeed!

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was generous. They had a nice bar on site. The hunting decorations are a bit eh, but I'm sure some people would like it.
Don't use the laundry service. Half my laundry got shrunk/ruined because they put stuff that is clearly labelled as not machine dryable into a tumble drier. This ruined about 7600php worth of new clothes so double the cost of the stay itself.
