Spaciousness and cleanliness.
Noise outside in the morning. It was tolerable though.

-The unit was well-maintained with amenities and cleanliness.
-Our stay was worth the money, and the host was responsive.
-I loved the heater and availability of convenience stores nearby.
-It is pretty close to the city center on foot.
-I was able to sleep soundly despite the freezing temperature as the bed was comfortable and warm enough.
-The Wi-Fi connection was intermittent as PLDT was having issues during our stay.
-There was only one pair of house slippers.
-Our request of late check-out of just an hour was declined, while the next guest was granted an early check-in.
-The response to our query was auto script, very formal in a way.

Spacious apartment and responsive caretaker
Hot water is only in the shower and not at the sinks. Electrical was a bit creative.
