It was clean, easy to access and very quiet.
I believe some rules should have been set on the website as well, nothing happened but I was just surprised of some of the extra rules like no alcohol on the room, I understand them and I complied to them but a heads-up would have been better.

The check-in was smooth. Moreover, the communication with the host was great as well. The property was clean and had clear instructions which was amazing. The location was great too as I visited Cardiff solo for a concert. The host also had a little check-in about my stay while I was checking out. The other people living in property were friendly as well. I’ll suggest to go ahead with this property as it is worth the money you’re paying for. :)

The room was clean, comfortable, and very functional for my trip. Only a walking distance from the sights and places I wanted to visit as well as local shops and places to eat. Also well located if arriving by coach or bus
Although there was a flat-screen TV in the room, I was unable to watch any programs because there was no signal. However, I did not report this because my stay was very short, so I am not sure if the property is aware of this.
