Beautiful Studio with Fast WiFi

The host was very attentive and when there was a problem, he came as soon as possible to fix it and explained the process. I requested extra towels and they were given the microwave stopped working and was replaced immediately almost and the hot tub was explaining very well on how to use it. There was an issue regarding the pans and pots being missing in the kitchen, but they were replaced to new ones a day later.

There was an issue regarding the host wanting an extra deposit that was not mentioned in the listing, but after contacting Booking.com and having a conversation with the host it was resolved and I did not pay any extra deposit. The area around the hot tub was a bit messy due to the table and chairs covered in nature so it could use a clean. Smoke alarms around the house was removed and explained as an electrical problem occurred before my stay, but they could've been installed a bit quicker, I believe due to safety.

Great property , Amazing staff , clean . Not too far from city centre , shops everywhere which is amazing . The owner was really helpful as well and anytime i had a question he answered immediately. Lovely place definitely coming back !

Location is excellent as close to Roath shops/park/Lakeside/Cardiff City Centre. Booked for a relative as a gift, nice homely touches on landings/hallway and well equipped kitchen downstairs as well as sink/fridge cupboards in room.

Parking can be a problem as there is a lot of residential parking, but not impossible.

Location was good and had all the necessary facilities
