Very clean. Beds and pillows super comfortable. Spacious bathroom and lots of room for luggage. Location is excellent. We took lots of Uber Taxis due to extreme heat, but also used busses and subway, which were situated very close by.

Really convenient location, with multiple major shops and DDP are located in walking distance. Dongdaemun Grilled Fish Alley is located 1minute walk away from the hotel. We also appreciated many restaurants near by. Very close to underground station also. We stayed a nice big clean room. Smiley nice friendly staff. A free massage chair in the lobby.
Only a very minor point - the bath tub in our room was small odd size.

The size of the room was great. The design of the bathroom was good! Plenty of space for suitcases and relaxing. Staff were excellent, the towels and water daily were great and the area was close to transport and easy to find!
The room was quite dusty in areas and as I'm sensitive to dust it was a little difficult. The hairdryer was unreliable as well as the WiFi connection. There was an elevator to a floor below us and then we needed to take the stairs - which we were warned about so it wasn't too much of an issue but just to let you know!
