The place is clean and quiet and they prepare a nice breakfast.
They take care of details like you can take water and instant coffee every time you want.
If you value your independence, this place might feel a bit uncomfortable as the host constantly monitors guests and corrects their behaviour, creating a tense atmosphere.
They have a strict no-shoes policy which I can understand but is impractical, especially when walking on asphalt between areas.
The bathroom lacks a shower tray and you need to take a shower together with the wc, so everything gets wet.
We couldn’t leave luggage after check-out.
In my opinion, guests shouldn’t be micromanaged this way. If you work in hospitality, you can’t expect to control everything your guests do.
