About this farm stay rental

Contemporary luxury farmhouse, located 10 minutes from Saint Rémy de Provence and 10 minutes from Avignon.
Large fitted kitchen, dining room, living room, lounge.
5 large bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and WC, accommodating 12 adults
Cot on request. Folding bed for teenagers.
Large 2500m² garden with trees + large 15x4 heated swimming pool with rolling shutters for the safety of children.
Ground of ball, Ping-pong, table football.
Linens provided.
The house is new, end of works in April 2018, which guarantees great comfort and a lot of modernity while retaining the charm and authenticity of the Provencal Mas.
The tourist tax of € 1.20 per adult over 18 and per night will be required on site upon arrival.
Small dog allowed. No more than 15kg. Supplement of 35 € / animals.
Cleaning included in the price except for the barbecue which remains the responsibility of the holidaymakers.

The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Having the outdoor grill was a nice feature as the oven was complicated to operate and instructions to operate the oven were lacking. Beds were comfortable and the location was great for food shopping and restaurants. A few short comings: No points on One Key account. Owner does not subscribe. Pool was not heated as advertised, but was nice with cool weather. Owner speaks no English as advertised. Husband speaks some, but he is not available. Water pressure in some showers was weak. Host said too much lime build up. Coffee glass pot was broken by previous renter. Pointed out to owner upon arrival. Said she would get a new one for proper operation, but never did. Owner makes you take your recycles out yourself to a off site container.

Absolutely lovely property with all the amenities we could possibly need. Clean, bright and well cared for with beautiful gardens, pool and lots of space for games and relaxing. Our hosts were very available and helpful. We would definitely recommend this home to anybody who enjoys luxurious living.

A lovely stay in a great location for day trips around provence

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home that was well-situated for day trips to cute towns around Provence. We'd leave for a day trip between 9-10 am, visit a town for 3-4 hours, and then return to relax around the pool and make an easy dinner in the house. The kitchen is well-equipped with (and there is an indoor and outdoor kitchen) with two refrigerators and one freezer. The bedrooms are all very comfortable and all have ensuite bathrooms (though one doesn't have a toilet). Each room has a separate thermostat, which was lovely. The beds are also extremely comfortable. My only minor complaint is that items like trash bags and dishwasher tabs were our responsibility to purchase. My guess is past tenants leave items like these behind because there's no way they could use them all in a week's stay. In other properties we've stayed in, those items were just left for future guest use so this was a small surprise. But, there is a Carrefour within a 3-minute drive so it wasn't a major problem. Washing detergent was available for our use and we appreciated that. We also had minor issues with the WiFi. They have two routers, once which was repaired quickly, but really only had good connection downstairs in the living room. We made it work (and most should not bother when they are on vacation - we just own a small business and must get some work done in even as we vacation). There is a lovely boulangerie in the centre ville of Chateaurenard (a 5-minute drive). We so enjoyed buying fresh croissants, pain au chocolat, baguettes, and even grain bread nearly daily. If you are not a French speaker, be aware that your hosts don't speak English. Our French is intermediate (and often broken when we speak) and we managed fine with our kind hosts, but know that it will make your stay easier if you can communicate in French. If we are able to return to Provence for a future vacation, we will certainly look at staying here again.

The House exceeded all expectations. It was spacious, well equipped and the outside areas were just wonderful - a fabulous boules area, lovely deck chairs to lounge in: the house was pure luxury. We were there with the extended family (two sisters and family plus the grand parents), and we had and a wonderful relaxing time together - but we could also have privacy when desired. And the pool is simply superb, an excellent size with a small paddling area for our youngest 5-year old. The house is really perfectly located - very close to Avignon, and very near the motorway for trips further away. We'd love to return!

Le mas correspond parfaitement à la description donnée dans l'annonce : une très belle maison, très grande et très agréable. De grandes chambres avec douche et toilettes, un jardin très bien entretenu et une piscine très agréable. Si je devais mettre mettre un point "négatif", il faudrait installer de la lumière autour du jeu de pétanque. Mais ce manque n'est rien à côté de la qualité du logement. Merci encore à Nathalie et son mari pour leur cordialité, leur disponibilité et leur sympathie.

Zeer goed onderhouden, piekfijn vakantiehuis. Zeer hygiënisch, uiterst comfortabele bedden, zeer goed onderhouden zwembad en zelfs een buitenkeuken met vaatwas. Gastheer en -vrouw zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en zeer attent. Zonder vragen twee eetstoeltjes klaarzetten voor onze babytweeling van 1,5 jaar is niet vanzelfsprekend.

Très Belle maison

La maison est vaste, décorée avec goût et très bien équipée. Le jardin est exceptionnel, comme la piscine. La location correspond en tous points à la description et aux photos. La météo favorable aidant, nous avons passé deux semaines exceptionnelles. Monsieur et Madame Ibanez nous ont très bien accueilli et restent très discret. Tout simplement : merci.

Déjà l'accueil par les propriétaires était très chaleureux. On arrive dans un mas qui est très propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Les lits sont confortables et les salles de bains sont bien équipées. Belle cuisine moderne où rien ne manque. Grand atout de le maison: air climatisé bien règlé et agréable. Le beau temps a permis que l'on passe la plupart du temps dehors dans la piscine, qui est vraiment chauffée et qui permet que l'on passe des heures dedans. Le jardin avec ses plantations est magnifique et les terasses permettent de manger dehors du matin au soir. Nous étions deux familles avec 5 enfants qui visitent la Provence depuis 20 ans et ce mas est de loin le meilleur que l'on ai jamais eu :-) A bientôt en Provence... Conny L. - Luxembourg

Twee prachtige weken in een prachtig huis met een mooie tuin en een heerlijk zwembad. Een omgeving om van te genieten en helemaal tot rust te komen. De omgeving en ligging was ideaal om uitstapjes te doen en voor mooie fietstochtjes. Wij hebben een zeer goede vakantie gehad waaraan wij zeer goede herinneringen zullen overhouden. Tot volgende keer ! Deux semaines merveilleuses dans une belle maison avec un beau jardin et une magnifique piscine. Un environnement pour profiter et se détendre complètement. La région et l'emplacement étaient idéaux pour les voyages et pour de belles promenades à vélo. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et nous en garderons de très bons souvenirs. Jusqu'à la prochaine fois!

La propriété est un bijou, la maison, de construction récente, est parfaitement équipée. Les propriétaires, très gentils et serviables ont pensé à tout! Sans parler de l'extérieur! Quand nous arrivions il y avait une mer de roses blanches et quand nous partions la lavende florissait, les deux accompagnés de leurs odeurs spécifiques. En tout cas nous allons essayer d'y revenir!

Nous avons passé 15 jours exceptionnels dans ce mas. Tout est conçu pour le bien être des vacanciers. Un extérieur magnifiquement paysagé avec terrain de pétanque, coin repas à l'ombre, barbecue, ping-pong, terrasses et une piscine au top. L'intérieur est spacieux, décoré avec gout dans une atmosphère zen et chaleureuse. Bravo aux propriétaires qui ont su faire de cette maison un endroit parfait pour les vacances et merci à eux pour leur accueil, gentillesse et disponibilité. Luc et Nathalie S.
