Great location with convenient parking (off site at a charge). Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The views from the 7th floor balcony are amazing. The spa was adequate and the pool area is superb.
My son had a flood problem in his room which took too long to resolve and when he was offered another room he had to move his own luggage. A true 4 star would’ve done this for him.
The comments about outside noise are accurate, even with the windows closed. We were woken at 5am with loaders and trucks clearing the snow.
Overall a great stay, just needs a few tweaks to be perfect.
