We liked the fact there was a very friendly and helpful reception team who were very responsive to a small issue we had there. I think it is perfect for two people but would be cramped for four in the ski season.
Disappointed that the spa was not on site in the summer months.

Alexandra who manages the hotel was excellent. She checked us in on her lunch break, because she could see we had had a long journey. She was incredible with the children and super friendly - thank you!
It may have been better to have had a designated bike lock in the garage - taking the bikes up to the room was tricky

Clean, quiet and pretty modern. Kitchen was well equipped with a fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, electric cooker. There is a laundromat in the hotel.
The spa was closed and there was no negotiation on check out time. Shame that there was no offer included in the price but available to buy at the reception.

Lovely apartment and spa. Nice restaurant and bar too
Our balcony needed repair and was in permanent shade which was a shame
Also the hotel closed when we were there making access to the lifts much more difficult
