Had to go to front desk to get instructions for TV remote. Heater controls not clear. Poor channel selection with guide rarely matching up with actual channels (Spectrum). Paper thin walls and a whining crying 2 year old adjacent to us. Clean, good elevator, "hot" breakfast minimal. Helpful Staff
