Violin Hotel Sultanahmet

We had a really pleasant stay here. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, making it easy to explore the area and get around. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was as described. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. We would be happy to stay here again!

Everything was good

Good location - close to the blue mosque and walkable to main attractions. They allowed us to come earlier and leave the car on the hotel parking lot and also leave it there after check out. Nice receptionist - woman was worried that the pillow case is still in the laundry when we arrived but she brought it later. Also she helped us to park.

Bedsheets had stains and hair on them. We trust that is was washed, but somehow the stains and the hair were still present. One towel was wet when we arrived - probably did not manage to dry before our visit. However, it also had stains, which made it suspicious. Very poor sound isolation (basically no isolation). Somebody forgot a phone in the room with the alarm running for 40 min in the morning. It was so loud that we thought it is our alarm and started checking our phones. It was impossible to ignore it and sleep forward. Since we were on the first floor, we could also hear new guests arriving/leaving or talking to receptionist all the time. Moreover, the apartment is located close to railway. When train passes, its quite loud and makes you think that it is an earthquake. There was tea pot, but no tea or coffee.

I like the location of the hotel

I didn't like that they weren't honest with us. They didn't bring the slepers they said they would arrive in two days, and we stayed for 10 days. The room wasn't like the picture; there was a broken table, and they didn't fix it or give us a replacement. There was also noise in the adjacent rooms, and there was no soundproofing.
