The flat was clean and exactly as advertised. It’s a fab little apartment perfect for 2 people. Close to St Malo centre (3 mins on a bike) and a brilliant supermarket nearby. The kitchen is great and fully equipped. All new appliances and very clean. We also forgot our key and someone was with us within 20 mins to let us in which was excellent service
The sofa isn’t that comfortable. Ok think because it’s a sofa bed - the cushions kept coming out of place and we had to keep readjusting them. It’s up 4 flights of stairs which was fine for us but perhaps not for people who are unable to climb stairs. Unless you stand by the window there isn’t a view as it’s an attic flat.

L appartamento era grazioso, di metratura notevole, ottima disponibilità di elettrodomestici
Appartamento sito al 4 piano senza ascensore, con scale strette e senza sicurezza. Forse sarebbe il caso di segnalarlo nella descrizione!!!!
