For stuff we were greeted by a very lovely staff member named Christine. The entrance was spotless, there was fresh coffee and she made check in painless. The only issue is we had were there were no hangers which we probably could have called downstairs to get but we didn't we just kept still folded in the suitcase. The beds could use new mattresses but we were on the 4th floor away from the elevator so it was quiet and a very good sized room and bathroom and very clean. For the price you definitely cannot beat it and every staff member we came across was very kind and very generous. Even the other guests were lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Love this little spot because it’s convenient, always clean and always know what to expect, never a hassle at the front desk for anything - very accommodating and with the construction of nearby businesses and the bustling area, you’d expect at least some noise; however, NO noise & VERY quiet, which allows a great work environment for me.
My only, tiny knit picks are, 1) more body towels, hand towels & wash cloths - even one additional body towel, and one or two additional hand/wash cloths would be ideal; and, 2) the beds or bedframes, rather, are very noisy when moving in and out of bed, as well as when getting comfortable for sleep and watching television.
Great stay and I plan to return when in the area again!
