Welcome to our cozy fully renovated guest house close to everything. This home is located in quiet community with a lot of parking space for cars, RVs, sea boats. Amazing Florida room with big table, BBQ after fun day on the water you can cookouts or just relaxing. Beautiful area with Fire Pit who like to enjoy fire: we provide woods.

Best fishing spot Anclote fishing pier. Historic Tarpon Springs you don`t want to miss with Greak food. Come and enjoy our amazing house.

The property is full renovated has two bedrooms open kitchen and living room with sofa very comfortable! 55” smart TV high speed internet. One comfortable bathroom with bench to relax and rain shower. Amazing Florida room with big table, barbecue. Fire pin with wood, swing table on the back yard. Big space for parking on front.This house has a water purification and softening system! Laundry room with brand new Samsung washer and dryer.

The property is in great condition with nice decor.The big backyard was great for our two small dogs. The listing indicates the second bedroom is a double bed, when it actually was a twin. Only one can fit in it. We used the futon which opens up to a double bed in the living room. We only had to sleep four but 6 would definitely be a squeeze. Evelina was very responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this property.
