We often move to the villa to work, it is a quiet place suitable for long stays where we took care of all the facilities and especially Wifi.
— KAYAK —
The three-person kayak is available to take two paddles on the beach or to reach isolated little beaches, Spanish towers, and blue caves.
— SURF —
Su Conventeddu, Chia Pipeline, Guruneddu, and the Marshal are just some of the most important spots nearby. The best period is from September to March.
— KITESURFING AND WINDSURFING —
The whole area is well known for the seasonal breeze commonly called thermal, a strong and constant wind that starts to rise in the late morning and ends in the late afternoon. The spots in the Chia and Capoterra area are internationally known. It can be practiced year-round; there is no shortage of wind here.
— MOUNTAIN —
In front you have the sea but behind you there is one of the largest forests in Europe, 100 km2 including the forest of is Cannoneris and the forest of Pixinamanna with trails for trekking, mountain biking, and climbing.

In addition to surface disinfectants we use the ozonator, a machine used to disinfect operating rooms.

Una splendida settimana in un ambiente fresco e silenzioso. Innanzi tutto la cortesia e la disponibilita nonché la simpatia dei Proprietari dice tutto di come è gestita la parte della villetta condivisa con loro.
Ottime le camere e ben attrezzata la cucina. La parte esterna nel giardino è super comoda con addirittura due aree per mangiare all'ombra. Preparatevi a splendide serate. Inoltre a poche centinaia di metri,sempre all'interno della pineta, vi è un market molto attrezzato....che aspettate..meglio di così . Infine da questa postazione potrete raggiungere tutte le piu belle spiagge della costa sud-occidentale a pochi minuti di auto.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di luglio in 5 persone presso questa bellissima casa immersa nel verde.
I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili. La spiaggia più vicina si raggiunge a piedi in 10 minuti e tutte le più belle spiaggie di Chia in circa 15 minuti di auto.
Senza dubbio ció che rende particolarmente bella questa casa è il grande giardino che la circonda dove poter mangiare e rilassarsi. Andateci!

Giovanni e Marina sono dei padroni di casa gentili e disponibili, ci hanno fornito molte informazioni utili per vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza.
La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla e riservata con un grande giardino immerso nella pineta.
La cucina è piccola ma ben accessoriata, le camere da letto spaziose, il bagno con doccia essenziale e lo spazio esterno con 2 tavoli da pranzo che permette di mangiare fuori sotto la veranda.
Collocata fra Pula e Chia, in pochi minuti di auto si possono raggiungere spiagge meravigliose. Una vacanza che consiglio vivamente.

Nous avons adoré passer deux semaines chez Elena et Giovanni, des hôtes adorables. La maison est un petit havre de paix, dans un jardin luxuriant, le tout à 10 min d’une très belle plage. Merci pour ces belles vacances ! Nous espérons pouvoir revenir bientôt!
