The property was okay, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I traveled for the WizzAir Cluj Marathon, and the location is very close to the starting line, with parking available for your car.

The apartment is located in a quiet area of the city, but it is easy to access by public transport (tram) as well.
There were chairs located in the courtyard, next to the window of my room. It was annoying when the other guests set out there and talked, especially after 9PM. The kitchen and dining room is common with the other room. It is large enough, but poorly equiped with dishes. I found one small coffee cup, but there were no plates, tea cups and glasses.
