Close to beach. Two bed compact flat.

It was cute and had a lovely beach theme and balcony. Good location if you want to be next to the Caravan park and entertainment and fun fair. There was one fan.

Not having any welcome tea bags or anything which is always a good welcome. Only one fan and it was roasting. Not having a proper shower, just rubber pipes attached to the taps and you have to hold it, so not great if you have mobility issues or chronic pain and fatigue. The outside balcony furniture could be updated and have comfortable chairs. A coffee machine would also be great. It is also a late check in after 5pm which I have never stayed anywhere with that time being check in and an early checkout of by 10.30am. Would I stay here again, no as it is also far too walk for me to nice restaurants with pain. The bed is also cosy so not great when you are hot and because it was cooler with the door open, it was bright early as there's no thick/ blackout lounge curtains.

Perfect location, friendly staff, clean, easy check in and out process.

The layout was nice and the location was great, it was clean and tidy too.

Some furniture is loose or broken (chair and side tables) The front door doesn’t shut fully, during high winds it pushed it loose and you can hear the wind through it. The immersion tank gave out very little hot water The bathroom had a suction type head shower which seems very dated and was very annoying to use especially with no shower screen or shower head holder. I think a few simple additions/tlc would have made this a brilliant stay.
