Wunderschöne Altbauwohnung, top modernisiert - mit allem was man benötigt. Sehr ansprechend und modern eingerichtet. Riesige Walk-In Dusche und eine super ausgestattet Küche lassen keine Wünsche offen. Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett. Carport Stellplatz direkt am Haus inklusive. Netter und kurzfristiger Kontakt zum Vermieter möglich.

Top Lage, Innenstadt nah. Sehr sauber und modern! Freundliche Vermieter und Stellplatz am Haus.
Da die Decken sehr hoch sind, ist es besingt warm in der Unterkunft. Wir würden uns das nächste Mal freuen, wenn zwei Tage vor Ankunft die Wohnung beheizt werden würde, damit Mobiliar und die Räumlichkeiten aufheizen. Es war leider zu kühl, obwohl die Heizungen nach der Ankunft furch uns voll aufgedreht wurden. Die Heizungsanlage war nicht das Problem.

Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Man kann Alles gut zu Fuß in der Stadt erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, Stadtzentrum Emden fußläufig zu erreichen,
Anfangs etwas Verwirrung bzgl. Parkplatznutzung, wurde schnell geklärt.
