La situation proche du centre, des commerces, de la plage et du port mais dans un quartier au calme, Le parking privé ombragé devant la maison, Le confort global, la propreté, la climatisation dans 3 pièces et l'aménagement réalisé avec goût dans une maison de charme, La fourniture de tous les produits utiles, Les cadeaux de bienvenue, l'attention et la réactivité des propriétaires.
Un four à micro-ondes serait un plus.

Une maison individuelle au calme, proche du centre d'Elounda, confortable et authentique, rénovée avec goût et très bien équipée ( emplacement pour la voiture à l'ombre). Surfaces très confortables pour 3 adultes. Equipement complet avec produits à disposition. Climatisation efficace et complète, wi-fi de qualité. Relations simples, réactives et cordiales avec le propriétaire par messagerie.
La terrasse de l'étage est difficilement utilisable en raison de l'absence de protection solaire et c'est bien dommage. Nous avons utilisé l'espace extérieur aménagé devant la maison.
