    Booked and paid for two rooms. However was given keys for only one room. No approval from Agoda was the explanation given. No proper help from Hotel or Agoda application to resolve the issue. Agoda application AI doesn't provide help for such issues. No emailID or contact was given by hotel to reach Agoda. They also don't know. Agoda application is confusing at best. Only expert or regular users can navigate it. Finally could trace your number and explained the issue to Agoda helpline number. But I was not provided any update on the action taken. Overall frustrating experience with Agoda. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use your application to book rooms anywhere.
