I recently stayed at this property and had an absolutely terrible experience. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel.Missing AmenitiesWe booked a suite, but the hotel failed to provide basic necessities like bath towels in the room.
The "Free Breakfast" Scam
Do not be fooled by their advertisement of "free unlimited breakfast."When we went to eat, the staff initially told us it was completely unavailable.They eventually served us a strict portion of just two idlies and two vadas.When we asked for more, they refused, completely contradicting their "unlimited" claim.Rude Customer ServiceWhen I confronted the reception staff about the breakfast issue, the receptionist replied incredibly rudely. He told me that what they gave was "too much" and claimed that "no one else gives this much."The lack of professionalism and false advertising ruined our stay. I will never suggest this property to anyone. Save your money and book elsewhere
