    We had a very enjoyable stay at Yeosu Le Terrace Resort & Spa. The best part of the hotel was the wide variety of water facilities. There were warm pools, heated pools, fun water play areas with slides for children, and playgrounds. There were plenty of activities for both kids and adults, making it a great place for families. Another highlight was the resort’s design. There were many themed corners, booths, and decorations that reminded us of Greece and the islands of Bali. It gave the resort an international atmosphere and made it feel unique and enjoyable to explore. The room was very clean and well maintained. The beds were especially comfortable. Since the resort is located on a hill, the views of both the sea and the mountains were absolutely beautiful. However, we found the pool policies to be somewhat inconsistent. During our first two days, no one asked to see our tickets when entering the indoor pool, but on the last two days they suddenly started checking them. Interestingly, I was allowed to enter without being asked, but my husband, who came in right behind me, was asked to show his ticket, which was confusing. We also placed our belongings in one of the seating areas next to the infinity pool, but later we were asked to remove them. Although we were hotel guests, we only found out on our last day that those seats were reserved for outside visitors who had paid separately. Since no one had mentioned this before and there had been no issues on the previous days, the rules felt unclear. Overall, we were very satisfied with the facilities, the room, and the beautiful scenery. If the pool rules and guest guidance were communicated more clearly and applied more consistently, the experience would have been even better.

    I stayed this hotel with my little son for 3night but I disappointed with staffs and hotel facilities as the hotel advertised clean and perfect for holiday. First, staffs was not kind at all. They don't explained much about resort facilities or whatever guest needs to know. No smiling at all not welcoming. Just feel awful when I checked in.. Second, the main pool was not open still working on something and indoor pool water was dirty. Outdoor as well. It doesn't look like they have a good maintenance. Third, everything seems they are overcharged. Can't really enjoy the facilities because you have to pay for eyery single stuffs. nothing included I traveled a lot and Normally I wanted to back to places where i stayed but this hotel definitely I say NO. I would not recommend.

    This is a great place to visit for the many pools and activities. However, the rooms are VERY basic and have few no amenities (esp. the tiny towels). AND, the pools and water activites are NOT included in your room price. It would be better to stay at a different hotel close by and just pay the daily rate to come here for the water activities. For the price of the rooms, that should be included. Bring a big towel, because you will not find one any where here!

    The christmas decorations are cute. As with most places In Korea, there are parts that look nice and parts that look really out of repair. For example our room was clean and the view was great but there was a repaired hole in the wall. They advertised having restaurants but all the lower priced restaurants were either sold out or closed.
