The rooms smell like cigarettes, they changed my room and still smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom horrible, the door frame destroyed, mold in the bathroom, in the room. The deluxe room is a scam, looks good in photos but nothing like the pics. The whole hotel smells bad, the staff doesn’t speak English, the bedding is plastic… The hotel is in a nasty hallway that only smells like pee and smoke.. Wish I could get a refund because this ain’t worth what they showed on the pictures.

We booked a deluxe room for 3 nights, there was nothing deluxe about it. It was dirty -I dare not look at the mattress under the bed sheets (sheets and towels were clean) as the small part I could see was heavily stained. The mirror frame in the room hadn’t been dusted in a long time, furniture in the room was way past its best and the steam facilities in the shower did not work. Also the plug socket in the bathroom was broken in on itself.
As this was supposed to be the delux room we were very disappointed and nothing like the photographs

No door to from bedroom to bathroom no privacy.
The place is not well maintained and not clean.
Staff is not responsive.
We went out and found a headband inside our room that does not belong to us nor was it there before we left so somebody went inside our room while we were out.
