Villa Le Statue

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. I couldn't fault it at all. Everything has been thought of and my family and I really enjoyed our wonderful stay. Martina is incredibly helpful, polite and friendly- a wealth of information. She is the diamond on Villa Le Statue. Our beds were comfortable, the apartment was immaculate and the facilities were great, especially the pool and washing machine (a must when travelling with our young children). The buses into Florence were frequent and we had no problems with booking taxis (download the taxi app). I would not hesitate to stay here again when we visit Florence. A gem in the Tuscan countryside yet 10 minutes from beautiful Florence.

The property is in an excellent location to easily access Florence - and then relax in the peace and quiet afterwards. Neat, clean, well appointed apartment with comfy bed, crisp linen, great shower pressure and nice balcony. The pool area was particularly good and sparkling clean. Ample easy parking. Charming hosts who offer advice and support to help you get the most from your stay and to enjoy Florence - thank you so much.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa La Statue in Florence. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and offers stunning views of the valley . The apartments are well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and having access to the pool was a great bonus after long days of sightseeing. A special thank you to Martina, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She kindly allowed us to check in early and provided us with maps, tour information, and excellent recommendations that helped us make the most of our time exploring Florence. Her hospitality truly enhanced our experience. Another feature we appreciated was the vending machine available on the property. Being able to purchase water, snacks, and even good-quality coffee at any time was very convenient and added to the overall comfort of our stay. The location offers a relaxing retreat from the busy city center while still being close enough to enjoy all that Florence has to offer. We especially enjoyed spending time by the pool and taking in the beautiful surroundings.

One small suggestion for improvement would be the addition of blackout curtains in the bedrooms. During the summer months, daylight begins very early, around 5:00 a.m., and the rooms become quite bright, making it difficult to sleep later in the morning.
