eStudio Maignon had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Barcelona. The location was close to public transport and other amenities. The outside terrace area was a great place to relax.
Some aspects needed a freshen up. For example mugs needed replacing.

We liked the location of the apartment. The owners of the apartment are very nice people. We highly recommend asking for Elvis as he will take you to the airport for a good price without having to wait for a taxi.
the apartment turned out to be very small. The kitchen is an extension on the balcony, in which there is a very small refrigerator. It is extremely difficult to fit fresh products and, for example, a medium saucepan of soup in such a refrigerator.
the air conditioner works poorly - I think it's time to contact the service and replace the freon. Also, we were bothered by the noise of the neighbors, which will be heard since the balcony looks into the courtyard.if you have a family and you stay more than 3 days I think this option will be uncomfortable
We didn't found washing mashine. 2nd bed is very discomfortable and noisy.
