Il proprietario, che vive nello stesso edificio, è stato molto gentile e premuroso. L'appartamento si trova al piano terra, è stato ristrutturato da poco ed è attrezzato con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di alcuni giorni. C'è anche un giardinetto con tavolino e arredi da giardino dove ci si può godere il fresco nelle giornate più calde. Il quartiere non è vicinissimo al centro e ci vuole circa mezz'ora di autobus per raggiungerlo; la fermata dell'autobus, che passa ogni 10 minuti circa, è a 3 minuti a piedi dalla casa. Nelle vicinanze c'è un centro commerciale con supermercato dove si può acquistare tutto il necessario per un soggiorno.
Non vedo aspetti negativi nella casa. Se posso dare un suggerimento per migliorare l'esperienza, credo che si possa migliorare l'accesso all'appartamento che corre lungo la recinzione.
