Spacious and cheap apartment

The apartment is spacious. The furniture/interior is bit worn out as you can see on the pictures, but the owner made the best of hospitality given the circumstances. The surfaces are clean and the apartementy is tidy. Parking is secured right in front of the entrance, the owner's own parking spot was handed over upon arrival.

The place could use a deep cleaning, there are some random stuff like open wet-wipes and a man's underwear in one of the drawers. The bed is quite loud when moving around. There is no microwave and we weren't able to fully close the shower's door.

Very kind hosts and I mean very kind, apartment was clean nice smelling with everything you need like full kitchen (with everything, elements, dishwasher, coffee ☕ prepare, hot water...) 2 separate bedrooms 🛏️ with big bed's and full bathroom 🛁 very big living room with big sofa and satellite 📡 tv and fast ⏩ WiFi just like home 🏡 in peaceful place with plenty parking 🅿️ spots not far from the city 🏙️ near shopping 🛍️ malls including restaurant's, fast food, market's and bakery's 🥯 City 🌆 has a lot of places to visit with a lot of traffic 🚦 and busy streets. Food is adorable and "RAKIJA" 🥃 is the best part. In central area best parking available is city garages https://www.parking-servis.co.rs/ everything else is wasting time.

The communication with hosts was perfect and prompt. They are nice people. The area is really calm, flat is spacious and cosy. You will find there everything you need.

Aufgrund des Parkplatzes, der dabei steht, aber es gat keinen gibt, leider unzureichend

Zimmer sauber, komfortabel und alles war planmäßig wie auf den Fotos

Leider steht geschrieben, dass ein Parkplatz vor Ort ist (sogar inbegriffen!) was leider NICHT der Fall war!! War leider eine Lüge, denn auf Nachfragen wurden wir VOR die Garage des Eigentümers/Vermieters geschickt, wo wir dann am nächsten Morgen einen enormen Streit mit den jeweiligen Nachbarn hatten, und dort angeblich gar nicht stehen dürften. Wir haben das Apartement wegen des Parkplatzes gewählt und dieser Faktor wurde nicht erfüllt, somit eine Lüge und nicht empfehlenswert! LEIDER!

Dezamăgiți, punctajul nu corespunde realității, la fel și pozele apartamentului.

Locația buna - zona liniștita, fără trafic, in apropiere un Mall cu restaurante și magazine, am găsit loc de parcare destul de usor. Apartamentul spațios, camerele separate.

Praf, murdar, mobila de la Bucătărie veche, uzata, se dezmembrau ușile mobilierului. Nu am găsit tacâmuri, pahare, decupator, farfurii …. Dezamăgiți de murdăria și de pe scara blocului…
