The property is within walking distance of Gastown and its attractions. It is warm and comfortable with a generally well equipped kitchen and it was useful to have a washer/dryer. There are several good shops/supermarkets etc that we found near the property and we did tell the owner that the (limited) information in the visitors manual could be updated and provide a visitors book for visitors to pass on information to those that stay in the future.
We had a couple of issues but the owner was proactive in resolving them. As has previously been reported the property could do with a refresh/deep clean and this was acknowledged by the owner to our feedback. The instructions for accessing the property could be clearer including the use of the key fobs. We managed to work out how to use them by trial and error. We did tell the owner that the use of blinds could cause visitors problems during spring/summer due to the amount of light they let in. This was not a problem for us given the time of year we visited but some form of blackout curtains or equivalent should be installed. If you are a light sleeper then the nearby sound of the metro may disturb your sleep, again as previous visitors have reported.

Good location for downtown , plenty of room for a couple , nice that condiments were left for cooking
Both bathrooms had problems, the shower was v poor, water flow loss due to some running from the bath tap at the same time as shower head. The toilet in the other room constantly dripped which could be heard in the master bedroom .

Super location! What a delightful surprise the gardens and gym/pool were! This is a super (extremely) quiet building!
It was a bit hot and more fans might have helped. Microwave was broken and we wished we’d had a second shower.
