Location was lovely overloking the town. Very quiet and undisturbed. Nice neibourhood. ony a 12-15 minute walk down a mainly pedestian path into the old town and promenade. Good parking for the hire car.
It is towards the end of the season, so two or three small items were looking a bit tired or broken. Example, only 3 mugs when there are four staying, only 3 breakfast bowls, broken shower fitting in one bathroom, only 1 teatowel. But nothing significantly wrong.
A lovely clean swimming pool, but was a little cold dispite the average air temperature being 28 degrees C.

Great location, easy 10-15 min walk into Otranto, nice sea view and a nice clean pool.
Giuseppe was very helpful and responsive.
This could be a really nice villa BUT
- Parasols were broken
- Sun loungers rusty, broken and uncomfortable
- The pillows were lumpy, hard and flat
- One clean towel for the week
- Could feel the springs in the mattress
- Kitchen was not well equipped
- Overhead showers didn’t work
End of season and a lot was worn out and broken. Not very comfortable. It’s as if the owner won’t spend money on the basics - that’s a shame as it wouldn’t take a lot of effort to put it right.
