Appartamenti Pietra Verde by Professione Vacanze Otranto

Posizione ottima, casa pulita e spaziosa. Recentemente ristrutturata.

Purtroppo c'erano i lavori fuori e non abbiamo potuto usufruire dello spazio esterno. Essendo una struttura nuova forse manca qualche utensile in più.

Mi e' piaciuto molto l'appartamento, moderno, spazioso e recentemente ristrutturato. Ha tutto per godersi una vacanza in relax!

Forse unica cosa da migliorare é la chiusura delle porte interne che è un po' difficoltosa.

The apartments location was perfect. It is on a quiet lane just off the main road. It is a very safe lication. It is an 11 minute walk down the back steps to the main town beach and a similar 10 to 12min walk to the old town for ample restaurant choices. Parking is not provided but we easily found free street parking near the apartment. They offered paid parking if you prefer this option. The outdoor sitting area was perfect for breakfast and for relaxing at night. It had an outdoor tap - ideal for washing feet to prevent sand from getting into the apartment. The apartment was very spacious. 2 large bedrooms and a huge kitchen/dining/sitting area along with a balcony off the main bedroom and the outdoor terrace off the kitchen mentioned earlier. The beds were so comfortable we all caught up on much needed sleep. The shower was the best shower we've ever had in Italy. Having a dishwasher and a washing machine was such a bonus. The doc supermarket is a 2-minute walk away for all of you essentials - fresh bread in the mornings etc. 2 aircon units meant it was cool no matter how high the temperature outside- we only needed 1 throughout our stay.

The only negative comment I have - and it's a very small one - is there were no wine glasses. I solved this by buying a wine glass and leaving it behind.

Lindo departamento espacioso completamente equipado con lavadora lavavajillas todo nuevo a estrenar.

Uno de los principales problemas es que el apartamento NO TIENE WIFI. En el anuncio no decía que incluía internet pero hoy por hoy es algo que de debe dar por sentado dado que es para turistas. La atención del administrador del departamento fue muy pobre. Le avisamos 10 minutos antes de llegar como nos pidió y nos dejó esperando 20 minutos para hacer el check in. Faltaban varios elementos de cocina. Es una pena porque el departamento es muy lindo y está reformado a nuevo. Deberían mejorar estos detalles.
