The bathroom was in the bedroom, and the shower was partially see-through. Not great. Should be mentioned in advance.

I liked the easily accessible location, the parking, the breakfast as the A/C.

We got a triple and the bunk bed was not made. We were told we had to make it. The mattress cover that was provided was used and very dirty. Kind of disgusting actually.

cleanness of toilet could be improved, worst ibis we had: room was so small that sink was in the centre of the room. shower cabin was half transparent and also situated in the middle of the room so if you want to have shower you must ask your child move from his bed. toilet had a door that doesn't reach the ceiling so all sounds and smells came straight to smallest room I ever seen

The ratio price/quality is excellent.

Please, give an exact address of the hotel. If I write "Za de la Laouve" in my Tomtom (this was the address I was given by Booking.com), I couldn't find it. I was convinced that the hotel was in the center, hence I parked at the parking Convent Royal, 20 minutes from the hotel. It is better to write "Rue du Coudoulet". Only the following day I discovered that "Za" was for "Zone d'activité"!

Clean, comfortable but staff disturb you even with do not disturb signs on door.

Receptionist was very helpful during check-in. Hotel room was clean and comfortable.

I was working at a wedding nearby so didn’t get to the hotel until near 6am. I was woken by cleaning staff at 9:30am and this was maybe my fault for not placing the ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door. I placed the sign on the door then, and went back to sleep. Hotel staff again woke me up at 11:30 by knocking loudly. When I answered the door I asked if check out was 12pm and they said ‘yes don’t forget’. I find this incredibly rude. Why would I forget? I had an alarm set to wake me up in time to vacate the room. I know it was only 30 minutes until check out but I don’t need to be reminded of check out time unless I’m still in my room at 12pm. Had a very short and interrupted sleep and being woken a second time really bothered me.

The room was not cozy at all, just sufficient if you only want to have a place to sleep for one night. The toilet was in a bad state, the window dirty. View of the parking lot and highway (The hotel is located in the industrial zone at the end of the town).

Didnt have a chance to see whats inside, couldn't get in to the hotel.

Coudnt like anything because didnt get in. Stuff disappeared before 9 p.m, i saw them leaving, standing in front of the door. And there was no way to get in and pay or register. The card didnt work at the atm.

Great location, just off the highway in a cute french town. You can come whenever Because there is a machine for check-in. The rooms are modest but clean, the value for money is great. The staff were very helpful and fast with answering our questions. You can pay breakfast additionally for around 7 euro for adults and 3.5 for kids.

The glass shower is a really bad idea when you share a room. Absolutely ridiculous. If you're travelling with someone who's not your partner, showering will become quite uncomfortable as you will be seen from every corner of the room.
