I liked everything about the hotel and our room which was on the 3rd floor was very comfortable. Our very first two nights we were very cold because no one showed us how to turn on the heater. The breakfast was very good. The location is perfect being in the center of town. Their restaurant was good and very popular with local people as well.
I thought the ladies at the reception could be a bit friendlier and give arriving travelers a better welcome.

Excellent bedroom. Nice to look at and good to stay in.
Entrance doors to the bedroom were extremely squeaky.

It was just a few minutes from the motorway and from the wedding that we attended so the location was good for us.
It was tired and in need of some refreshment especially in our room.
The bed was squeaky and the pillows were flat.
The air conditioning didn’t cool the room very well but made a noise so we know it was “working”
Neither of us slept very well so was happy that it was just for one night.

The room was clean and the cleaning staff was friendly. That was the only good thing about the facility
The front desk staff was horrible. We arrived at 2 :15 PM after a long day of travel. Staff said we could not check in early. Come back at 3: pm. This was not unexpected. We were asked if we wanted to prepay for the Buffett breakfast. I asked if we could just decide in the morning as I was not sure if our young daughter would be awake between 8-10 after 20 hours on the road. They said that was fine but there might not be enough pastry. We said that was ok. They claim the hotel was fully booked and we had the last room in the hotel but we never did see another guest. Nothing in town was open on Sunday for food until after 7pm. Even the grocery stores were closed on Sunday. Not the hotels fault but travelers should be aware. There were 3 restaurants out of the 20 or so in the area that opened at 7 and none of them would let you eat without a reservation. Something for travelers to be aware of. Since we were unable to get lunch or dinner in town we decided to go down for breakfast at 9:15 am. The staff said they were closed and they would not give us food. When I asked why when they said they were fully booked and they specifically said we could decide in the morning they said no they would not serve us food. They were rude and followed us out of the hotel. We ended up finding a store a few blocks away that finally opened but limited inventory and fresh fruit was limited. The same rude staff checked us out and again stared at us as we walked out and down the street the 4 blocks where we had to park. The hotel has no parking and no loading areas to unload and load your luggage. If you choose to stay in this hell hole be prepared to walk and roll your luggage across the cobble stone sidewalks and streets. The place is almost double the cost of other hotels in the area. I hoped that it would be a nice place. Instead it was a complete disappointment and a total disaster. DO NOT STAY HERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Breakfast and dinner were convenient and very good. Room windows opening to the view of the town was very nice.
More time there.

Everything. Can’t say anything better as it is clean, good value, staff is EXTRA helpful (as long as their clients are clean and respectful). The food was great and they were willing to help us look for transport to and from the train station.

Very well located in the town centre. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. The rooms are spacious and a good breakfast was provided.
Towels in the bathroom are small and a little threadbare but they were very clean.

location
I travel around the world and have never been treated this way before. No one was here to check me in and the next morning when I met the receptionist she was aggressive, belittling, judgmental and just plain mean. All I was trying to do was book a table in the restaurant and she told me, “I am not your slave”
After traveling for days I wanted to shower and nap but since it was no phone in the room I had to come back down to make a reservation. She would not help me. The hotel is not worth this abuse!

Beautiful, spacious rooms (we booked the premier rooms). Excellent location. Friendly staff.

I thought the breakfast could have been more generous and served more attentively.
I thought there might be a bit more luxury for the price but I was very happy with my stay.

The hotel is located in the centre of the town, very close to the Basilica. There is an AC in the room. The iron is available upon request.
Overall, I don't recommend this hotel: it's overpriced, Wi Fi is so weak that I couldn't use it at all and have to sit downstairs to work on my computer. On top of that, Anne, one of the three receptionists, was extremely rude. I travel a lot and never met such low behavior. Also, there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom.
The other two receptionists were attentive and tried to be helpful, though.

The Room we had was large and also very clean.
We would go back as the location was in the centre.
We had a nice dinner and the staff were very good. Only problem was the 2 steaks we had weren’t the best.
Breakfast was fine but nothing hot was offered in way of eggs etc.
My bug bear , in many hotels including this is there is not freshly squeezed Orange juice
.. final point was the internet wasn’t great - maybe we were unlucky
Parking a little way away was fine and tickets needed between 9am - 7pm
