A typical budget hotel - good value for money

This was a pod like room (small). Very clean. Comfy bed. Bathroom was great. Managed to get our bicycles up to the 3rd floor via the lift and left them in the corridor (at the end). Cannot quibble too much as the price was cheap so good value for money.

Distance from the town centre but close to a supermarket. Breakfast adequate; nothing special. Lift was too small to take bicycles and as a consequence I lost my mirror which fell off and down a gap into the lift shaft.

There were limited options for breakfast. Also there was no hair dryer in the bathroom. Even the washbasin was not in the bathroom it was in the room only.

At least there should be a hair dryer and a washbasin in the bathroom. Also, the person at the reception does not speak English so there were no good suggestions and did not receive perfect or complete answers.

Standard maintained

From the moment we walked to the lady at reception to saying goodbye and thank you on leaving after a very comprehensive breakfast, it was a very good standard of cleanliness, quiet room that had a fresh smell and gave us both a good night's sleep. The shower was super warm an, as the rest of the room spotlessly clean. The communal areas are fresh, well lit and clean with good signage.

In all honesty I cannot think of anything that I did not like. If I were to have a grumble I imagine the breakfast tables would possibly be a bit small? We are not tall or weighty but it was, maybe, just a tad tight for a more normal sized individual?

The rooms were clean and spacious enough for us. They had everything we needed. The location was close to downtown with a car and there was a nice parking lot available for free as well.

A little more variety for breakfast would have been nice. Especially fresh fruit and a meat option. I think the mattresses had a plastic cover, which made sleeping a bit warm.
