Comfortable for a short visit. Some reviews about being able to walk to city centre was misleading.

Thé room was rather small although well kitted out, the ensuite bathroom was very nice.

. There is no sound proofing and therefore you heard all the host’s activities which was awkward.

L’emplacement, dans un lotissement calme à quelques kilomètres de Granville, l’accueil de notre hôte, très chaleureux, la chambre ouverte sur la terrasse et le super petit déjeuner

Le côté mitoyen avec la maison de la propriétaire, en matière de bruits même si cela n’a pas été foncièrement gênant

Aangenaam verblijf met goede interactie van gastvrouw.

Vriendelijke, behulpzame en betrokken gastvrouw die ook heel wat informatie kan geven over de streek. Er is interactie.(geen sleutelkastjessysteem). Het Frans ontbijt was goed met voldoende afwisseling. Je kan op de kamer ook een kopje thee of koffie zetten. Een ruim en heel goed bed zorgt voor een goede nachtrust. Het is aangenaam ingericht en alles is kraaknet. De badkamer is heel ruim en de wc is apart. Wifi werkt heel goed. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is in orde, je krijgt echt return. Dit is een plek om aan te bevelen! Voor wie met de auto reist (gemakkelijk parkeren en gratis bovendien). Er is ook een tuin.

Je hoort alle geluiden van de woonkamer van de gastvrouw. Mij stoorde het niet echt, want er werd rekening gehouden met het feit dat ik te gast was. Na 23.00u. was het trouwens muisstil. Een grote zorg is het dus niet en ik verbleef er 4 nachten. Mogelijke verbetering: toch zorgen voor insonorisatie. Dat is natuurlijk wel een investering, maar het zal iedereen ten goede komen en zal een helemaal perfect verblijf garanderen.

Notre hôte a été très accueillante, la chambre très confortable avec toilettes et salle de bains privatives. Literie de très bonne facture, télévision. Tout était parfait. Le matin, le petit déjeuner est varié et très copieux. Notre hôte était à nos petits soins et nos discussions très sympathiques. Nous recommandons cette adresse.
