La ubicación es ideal para pasar unos días totalmente con tranquilidad en la Isla. El apartamento se encuentra en una urbanización muy calmada, cuenta con piscina y una pequeña entrada con mesa y sillas donde poder hacer tus comidas. Además cualquier visita en coche está siempre bastante a mano, ya que se encuentra en el centro de la Isla. El pueblo en el que se ubica tiene además un gran paseo marítimo y playas muy cuidadas.
Por poner un pero, quizás necesita un lavado de imagen en paredes y mobiliario, pero viendo la relación calidad-precio es algo que pasa totalmente desapercibido. La cortina de la ducha es algo incómoda, ya que no llega hasta el suelo y el agua se sale con facilidad.
