    Very hot and air condition machine not working. ร้อนมาก แอร์เก่า แอร์ไม่ทำงาน ถ้าเข้าพักอาจต้องเช็คห้องดี ๆ เปิดแอร์ตอน 3 ทุ่ม เที่ยงคืนยังร้อนอยู่ ให้ช่างมาดูก็แก้ไม่ได้ สุดท้ายจำใจพักเพราะดึกแล้ว และต้องขอพัดลมจากพนักงานมาเปิด

    One of the oldest hotels in town , but refurbished a few years ago. Clean and good value and a good location near the market. Breakfast not a winner however!

    Title: Inhumane, Unsafe, and Shameless – Like Living in a Jail Stayed several night nights during the flood with senior guests — this hotel was a complete failure in service, safety, and basic human care. NO water to flush the toilet, leaving guests' urine and feces for several days without providing buckets of water as the hotel provided buckets of water to specific guests only despite paying the same rate. NO drinking water. NO air-con, NO light. NOT provided flashlights. NO facilities guests can be used, but guests paid for utilities. Although the hotel’s own policy states that guests are entitled to 2 free bottles of 500ml drinking water per day, we were only given 2 bottles on the first day and nothing after, even when we requested more and offered to pay. There was no air-conditioning, no backup lights, and no ventilation during the nightly blackouts. Guests were left in complete darkness and extreme heat. Toilets were unusable — guests had to sit with waste for days, with no water to flush or clean. Only after an external rescue team came did the hotel finally bring a bucket of water — proof that they had water tanks in reserve, but still refused to help earlier when we asked. Many healthy guests left each day, but elderly and less mobile guests were left trapped in these horrible conditions. One guest fell and became injured, and still no hotel staff came to check, assist, or offer basic first aid. It truly felt like being locked in a jail, without dignity or care. We also paid for a room with weekend breakfast — none was provided. Paid full price, but received none of the basic services or facilities expected. To make it worse, this hotel charges higher rates than other nearby hotels (such as those near Khao Noi), which offer larger rooms and far better service. This hotel is inhumane, unprofessional, and shameless. Do not book here — protect yourself and your loved ones. Only 3 staffs for the whole hotel to serve guests at that time. Terrible experience. NOT recommend. STAY AWAY from this hotel.
