Customer service was amazing. Very helpful and kind. There was a temporary short water cut through out the city and they went all the way to the public water source and carried a heavy water bucket for us. And it was always great service.

I didn’t like the room and bathroom much. But I think it’s very good value formoney, if you aren’t very picky.

The riad was beautifully maintained, clean, and full of authentic Moroccan charm. The room was comfortable and well equipped, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. The location was ideal for discovering Meknes, with easy access to the Medina and many of the city’s historic attractions. The riad itself offered a relaxing and tranquil environment away from the bustle of the streets. The manager of the riad, Mukhtar, was an outstanding host. He was always attentive, courteous, and incredibly professional, while at the same time being very discreet and respectful of guests’ privacy. His calm and thoughtful approach created a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would gladly return. Mukhtar’s discreet yet attentive hospitality made a lasting impression and contributed greatly to a memorable experience in Meknes.

Host was communicative, responded quick. Property was ok.

The man working there (Mokhtar) was very irritating! He looks and talks like angry man. Upon arrival, we two gave our passport while one forgot inside the car (showed him photo) but he was forcing to bring it from the car at 1 am night and we were very tired, even the parking was 10mins walking from the riad! There was cockroach inside the room and was flying over our head. Water stuck in bathroom sink for long time!
